Refund Policy

At Famizo, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers through AI-powered services for creating professional avatar videos. Due to the digital nature of the service and the resources consumed when using the packages, we outline the refund policy as follows:

Available Packages:

  • Free Package: Allows the user to create one video using a default avatar. No payment is required, and this package does not include any refunds.

  • Second Package ($10): Allows the user to create up to 5 videos using the tool.

  • Third Package ($17): Allows the creation of up to 10 customized videos.

Refund Policy:

  • Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the full number of videos allowed in the package has not been used.

  • 50% of the paid amount will be deducted if the refund request is approved, to cover operational costs such as:

    • AI video generation costs

    • Server resource usage

    • Software costs related to content generation

  • No refund will be issued in the following cases:

    • The full number of videos in the package has been used.

    • The service has been misused or the terms of use have been violated.

Additional Notes:

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-15 business days.
