However, any usage data that can be directly linked to your account will be deleted upon account deletion.

4. Verification and Deletion Process

  • Identity Verification: Upon receiving your request, we may contact you to verify your identity to ensure you are the legitimate account holder. This may involve requesting additional information or confirmation through your registered email address.
  • Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days from the date of receiving your confirmed request and identity verification.
